Broken crayons still colour.

I like this piece but wonder what medium it might be, on the other had I think it is digital?

It is on handmade paper made using crayons and blending them with linseed oil. Also there is use of oil pastels along with permanent marker and spray paints. There is a use of black oil paint and few neon colours.Given border and watermark in mobile app. Inspired texture from cotton cloth.

Thanks... But still some effect has changed while taking photograph as reflection of light highlights neon more. I normally take photo and give border as I wish to use it for my portfolio and basically it is made as a design for wall mural.
