Through the Window at Dunlewy Church

Paula, you have a real feel for the watercolours. This is a great painting, wonderful colours and textures and good choice of subject.

Much prefer this Paula. The "through the door" view is well painted, but is a bit too centralised for me. This has more character.

Thank you Annie and Jim for your comments. I really appreciate them. These paintings were done to work out composition and colours for bigger works. I hadn't thought of how centralised the door one is Jim. I will certainly keep it in mind when I do the bigger works.
