This is a wonderful drawing, Barry. Could you post a better view of it so I can get a closer look. Thank you for your very kind comment on my drawing of the horses. I look forward to seeing your horses in the near future. If they turn out as well as this drawing we should all be in for a treat.

Agree with thea. Great drawings, but spolit by awful photos! try and take photos in natural light, line up the camera with the picture, so the picture isn't elogagted, and the crop with software to take out surroundings. You can down load picasa for free if you google it. Very easy to use. Shame to let down your obvious talent with poor photos.

I like this very much and would love to see it straight on and with a better balance of black and white. Very evocative of the old pre-WW2 Navy. I shall be posting my charcoal picture of HMS Seagull (Torpedo Gunboat of 1889) in the near future. Drawing warships is one of my ambitions and I love to see other peoples work. Thank you
