A Galgo is the Spanish version of a Greyhound.Their tremendous speed is used in hunting Unfortunetly some of them are gun-shy & others wareout very quickly so are of no more use to the owners.They are then usually abandoned or worse.They are the sweetest natured dogs & make good family pets especially with children.

I have not seen this breed before. What an elegant dog - how could anyone abandon him?? Your portrait perfectly describes his character as he comes over as a reserved and dignified dog - am I right?
