A watercolour I completed this morning of a scene from the Drakensberg i KwaZulu Natal, South Africa. There used to be a hotel and estate in the foothills at this location where the then King and Queen together with the Royal Princesses holidayed in a visit to South Africa in 1947! Alas, it is no more! The location was also used as a drop back in the film, "Zulu"!
