A village scene! by David Stevens

A very productive morning!

Your buildings are always very impressive.

Usually you portray a sense of place so well David but this is very different and I’m wondering if it’s in the English countryside or abroad. Love your palette and the stone walls.

Thank you Heather, Stephen and Carole for your kind comments. Carole - I was trying a "different " style to my norm and based it very loosely on a street scene from a village in the Cotswolds!

It does look a little different from your usual style. Great to try different ways of painting…this is a success.
