Lovely painting David of Warsaw, the buildings look amazing and I knew a friend who lived there as a child,she use to talk to us about her fond memories of the place where she grew up too!

This is an ink and watercolour which I completed this afternoon of a wintry scene in Warsaw. During World War 2 the old town was completely flattened during early bombing raids on the city. It has been completely rebuilt exactly as the original.
