Not sure what it is you have painted. but that does not detract from the painting. Splendid.

Wonderfully painted, Avril.

I'm not sure either Tony, but it's on the quaiside where the trawlers dock. Gear for catching langoustines I think.

Fabulous detail, fabulous rust Avril.

Fabulous detail, very interesting painting, and a great use of colour.

Excellent work Avril and superb detail.

Fabulous detail Avril, wonderful painting.

I didn't think rust could be so beautiful Avril. Full of character.

Fabulous painting, terrific textures, really like it.

I keep seeing something else when I look again. Super pic as usual Avril .

a painter will stop to tell a story while others just walk by

super, what a talent

Stunning rendition of details and textures, Avril, and a gorgeous palette!

That's another great painting Avril, especially those chains. I have a photo of some iron work at the side of Gairloch harbour in north west Scotland but unfortunately I couldn't do it justice. If you fancy it let me know and I'll send it to you.

I absolutely love it. your palette is beautiful.
