Sylvia is quite right, I can practically touch the dry and worn out wooden door with my fingers and feel the heath reflecting from the metallic panels. This painting is so real and wonderfull Avril! Marvellous start for the new year!

A colourful little house in Guadeloupe where we went looking for the sun and ideas for new paintings ! Only my first this year..... 33 x 46 cm on handmade Fabriano paper.
