As a Springer owner I have an emotional attraction to this. However, I shall try to be more objective with my comments. I think this has a delicate, almost ethereal quality to it with the watercolour applied skilfully in transparent washes. The liver has been applied particularly skilfully, and reflects the light on the shiny coat without getting muddy or dull. All round a very good job.
