This painting was created at 2017 Pintar Rapido, in which one is required to paint a landscape of the spirit of London in a 6 hours. I chose to paint from the roof garden on the South Bank. This is a community garden, open to all, where one can buy tea or wine, and have a roof top view along the River Thames. This view includes Westminster, Festival Hall and many more sights. The train to the terminal Charing Cross runs above the South Bank. The rain was persistent on the day, and the painting was finished in my studio later in the year.
