I'm something of a connoisseur of different blues, and that one is beautiful - I wonder if it's straight out of the tube or mixed? I should be interested to know, if you can remember, because I'd like to try it. Your painting is beautiful anyway, for its simplicity and composition.

Thank you Robert, from memory I think it's Cerulean Blue on wet in wet with some dry areas and knowing me, possibly a little French Ultramarine. Hope that helps

Originally a sample watercolour for Hope Cove Gallery who asked to show and sell my work however shortly after they sold the business. This painting then sold to someone with memories of this beach so a happy ending. Winsor and Newton on Bockingford paper.
