This watercolour, last June was voted No 4 in the French published International Art of Watercolour Magazine Top 100 Readers Competition. An experimental watercolour study trying to capture and exaggerate light through tall buildings in a city setting with cast shadows created by figures down on the pavement, providing scale. The painting also includes cars and bicycles.
