Excellent stuff Ken,after such a long lay off. Looks like the banks of the Old Nene, just on the outskirts of March, on the Isle of Ely Way. best Mick

A soft, gentle watercolour of a beautiful scene, Ken, and so well painted. It's one of those paintings that brings peace to the soul...

Really, really nice. That skyline is magnificent. What is that colour? W/N warm orange? Beautiful rich colour, whatever it is, and bounces off the greens perfectly!

The subject of the inspiration has wroked well Ken, it's heavenly!

My apologies Ken, that should say 'worked' .

I agree with all the above comments, Ken: this is so beautiful!

so little,, yet says so much nice one Ken

This is lovely, so soft and gentle with mellow light. The perspective with the tractor tracks is good, and lifelike. A beautiful picture of serenity and nature.

It all gels so well together. Very serene.

Thank you all for your kind comments Ken Gillam www.artyman.co.uk

Inspired by a hymn at church a few weeks ago that I hadn't heard for a long time. First Watercolour painting in quite a while, as well
