The Old Custom House, Bideford
Line and Wash. Reference : own photo. This building (side view) is grade 2 listed and sits on the quayside of the river Torridge. The small modern structure is a charity wishing well. Bideford (N. Devon) was once a major port for trade. The writer Charles Kingsley once lived there and wrote "Westward Ho!".
