This is beautiful, Barbara. You have caught the staple of the sheep's wool to perfection, so lovely.

Hello CA, thank you very much for your lovely comment. I have incorporated real curly Cotswold sheep wool in to the picture. All the other scraps are textiles (including cotton, lace, chiffon and sparkly pieces) hand-stitched together in layers.

Hello Sandra and thank you for your lovely feedback. Brown for shadows was so boring, that's why I chose purple instead!
