I think this is again a beautiful landscape. Very sunny, especially on the foreground reeds. I like it!!!

I think you're right, it's got a bit heavy in the foreground - maybe (and maybe is such a wonderful word when you don't have to do it yourself!) a wash of very dark colour might have been a better bet than the pastel; was it your own photo, by the way? If not, you're bound to be guessing to some extent as to the exact tones and shades - which way confusion so often lies..

It's a lovely piece, nontheless. I really like your palette of colors.

The photo was not mine. I intend to go to the place and paint it again firsthand. I really hate working from photos. Thanks Robert and Seok for the comments.
