Hi All, Once again thanks for all the lovely comments. I was really lucky to find this field. They harvested the flowers the week after I visited. I agree I was definitely trying to channel and bit of van Gogh though there is also a brilliant sunflower painting by Brangwyn which is on the Art UK site. Just hope I can find another field of them this year
