Spring Walk

Love watercolours but not experienced enough to help. Might make the shadows across path deeper to show more light. There is a post on forum you can use for help as they go off the front page so quickly. it is called "invitation to view"

I like the composition very much and agree with the comment from Norah. If I may I'd suggest trying to get more differentiation in your greens. Have a look on the forum under watercolours for a long discussion on the difficulty of using green that most people seem to have.You are very brave to tackle all that green. Nice splashes of light on the path which would show up better if your deepen the shadows. You have the light and mid tones done well but need more darks. Well done. Isn't it scary posting your first one?

Thank you for your comment, it was a lot harder than i anticipated. It is helpful to have advice and I can now see how the greens are all similar.
