The detailed background is so cleverly achieved and the fox seems to melt onto the background. A very arresting painting Anne.

This started out to be a watercolour but as I went on decided I liked the texture the fineliner had on the paper … then to put the watercolour fox in amongst the overgrowth of the old church in the corner having a quiet moment. ..
