Nothing wrong with this at all, don't notice any out of place dark bits, at least not online, love the colours of the sky and its reflection in the loch,

Well ..... this is an example of economy gone wrong! I found this one already sketched out (presumably ages ago) and decided to finish it off - BUT did not notice that the paper had been scuffed and rubbed (eraser?) in various places until I started to slop the water on. Hence the dark bits where I didn't really intend them and the uneven tone of other parts. Moral - CHUCK IT OUT - don't keep it for a rainy day.
