The inspiration for this picture comes from the book South from Granada by Gerald Brenan.He writes "When I looked out across the great hollow of air before me,I could see through my field glasses,some nine miles away as the crow flies a small white dot." The people looking at what might be that same white dot are my partner Antonio and my father.
