"Skirmishing over the lake" by Angela Harrison
Painted a white swan and added melted wax to glaze. I painted in watercolour Faber Castell leaving the white raw, then added grey for the cygnets and yellow ochre for its beak. I melted wax and smeared over the light blue to see if it acted as a glaze, pressed it when dried out and it has formed ,so might create a series of three.
