Reminds me of the picture by Matisse called I think the dancers or the dance of life. Cant quite remember. Its excellent work you've done here.

I love this Angela. Like Michael said, it has a style of Matisse.

Why thank you Michael and Ellen, I was inspired to paint these Brumby horses in Abstract since reading and watching some documentary about their breed, and how they were becoming emaciated because of the drought, I felt compassion for these horses.

I was inspired to paint in Abstract Impressionist style from watching a video about The famous Brumby horses and they run wild and free in remote areas of Australia. Many of them were imported from Dartmoor in the late 1800's and after breeding over the years have become wild and congregate in vast numbers. They look magnificent cantering free and wild, although they are now becoming a concern in some places because of drought and some are found emaciated and forlorn.
