Excellent study Andrew. The lines that describe the inside of the heels, and the ones that form the curve of the upper on the right clog, as you view the painting, remind me of Van Gogh’s mark making in his ink and pencil drawings.

Tricky perspectives and especially with that woodgrain

A “ flowing” piece Andrew. I just love that woodgrain detail.
