Gives me images of a murder mystery about to take place?

Very good ... a house in danger too!

Excellent Andrew; I love the dramatic cliff face and the grasses at the top of the cliff especially. It’s very much in the style of your award-winning ‘Hidden Cathedral’.

Thank you everyone for your kind comments. Karen, I hadn’t made the connection, but I see what you mean, I do like obscured views, they do add an air of mystery.

Intriguing! Lovely!

Love the dramatic composition

I like the stillness and the way the house appears over the cliff top - reminiscent of an Edward Hopper composition.

My third finished study of Whitesands / Porth Mawr beach, cliffs and house . Near St Davids, Pembrokeshire. Acrylic on box canvas 51 x 76 cm. There's an initial sketch from May of this in my Sketches & Experiments gallery and I did a charcoal version of this same view in my 2025 gallery.
