That's a very lovely drawing Andrew, and I had the same thing happen two days ago - where there's a ghostly, but fascinating print left behind on the window. In my case fortunately the pigeon survived.

Thank you Hilary. We get bird strikes a couple of times a year, but this is the only one that has proved fatal. I’ve been told I was ghoulish to do this drawing, but I feel I’ve kind of immortalised the poor thing. I will have to invest in something to deter the pigeons as I never get the problem with smaller birds.
