A wonderful composition, Andre! I especially like the overlapping forms of the farm houses. The stonewall provides a great sense of depth.

I&#39;m always attracted by shapes and this is such a good example = the buildings are continued with the field edges and a great palette too.

Thanks for the comments, don&#39;t normally do landscapes, but New Years resolution is to mix up subjects, and try some local Welsh countryside scenes.

The way you have grouped the buildings, maybe artist licence? but I don&#39;t care, it is a striking piece and that texture in the sky works well.

Great compostion Andre and I like the way the coloura are all so harmonious, gold, browns, greys and greens.
