Thanks to you both. Yes he's 50. We went up to Yorkshire in the summer, where we walked on Ilkley moor, but his fiancé was too ill to walk, it was his fiftieth birthday. She died in October, soviet painted this for him...it represents him sitting at their favourite spot, thinking about her.
