My interpretation of irises, inspired by van Gogh. I wanted to capture a flower's soul through dynamic brushstrokes while finding my own voice. The intense yellow background – like Vincent's symbol of life and hope – contrasts with blue blossoms, creating tension. The terracotta vase honors Dutch tradition. This is about transience – irises in full but fleeting glory, each petal telling its story.
