Waterlily

Very fine and colourful Alvin. I like it but I think it's inbetween being loose and being detailed. If u know what I mean. It would look great with some more detail and a bit more refinement I think. Hard in watercolour, I know. I couldn't do it.

Eye cathing and beautiful! To me this image is in its own way more catching than the other lily, whose leaf bothers you. Perhaps it is due to the closeness of compliment in the use of color - it surely makes the lily more vibrant and allows it to stand out. This specific image makes me want to look at it again and again. Next time I'll come back for another peek!
