am not usually drawn to pet portraits (having done too many of them in the past) but this is very well done, Catherine. And Scrumpy has the most delicious wrinkles

I was commissioned to paint Scrumpy. Having usually painted my dog portraits in pastel, I was a little daunted at the thought of doing him in acrylic on canvas......all those wrinkles! Anyway, once I worked out a method and stuck to it, it became easier and I ended up by really enjoying him.
