This small (16 by 12 inches) painting is a turn on a path within a park called Crawfordsburn in County Down. I was particularly drawn to the way the trees made a natural arch and the light caught the trees on the corner. My work is particularly concerned with these almost secret places that you can stumble across in the most public of settings. The viewer is invited to stroll around the path and wonder what is around the corner.
