Alicia I find that listening to that inner voice is our best guide. Not the directions other people may give, experts or otherwise. Why do I/ we/you have that great desire to paint? Because something inside is urging you on to do it. There is no such thing as a no good painter its just the desire, love and constant practice that makes the artist. I really like this Alicia, it's got great atmosphere with that dark threatening sky and your detail is super. I like the foreground too!

Love the composition, love the colours and love the dramatic overall effect, well done 😃

I don’t think you could improve on this Alicia, it’s quite stunning. You’ve captured a dramatic atmosphere to highlight the proximity to danger. A great piece.

Thank you for your encouraging messages. John thank you for the reminder, nothing like the feeling of being an artist. Imaginative freedom. Alicia
