This was my very first ever full oil painting I did several years ago, its only 12"x9" I like to keep the picture around so I can look at it and think, "if I was to do this now, I'd do this and this, etc" I think its nice to feel you've developed and grown with every picture that you do. I always learn something while painting and i'm forever trying new techniques to see which work best. But this picture is my starting point.
