Love the story telling - great painting Alan

This is full of interest and I love the way you have painted all those lovely details, especially the window overlooking the garden. Very clever, lovely painting Alan.

My latest oil painting from Beamish Museum, its of the corn dollies being made up at Pockerley Old Hall, I was drawn to paint this by the strong light coming in from the window casting strong shadows. Its 20" x 16" on canvas board. Think the camera on my phone could have been better as well.
