Beautiful, fantastic mark making. Love the earring !!

Oil based pencil? not tried it, where might I get one? Maybe a miracle would occur if I had one and I might start to draw like Adebanji.... well unlikely but still I can live in hope ... stranger things have occured...wonderful portrait ~Ade.

Not sure what oil-based pencil is either, but would like to know. This is a wonderful drawing in its strength and surety of line, but I've long since ceased to be surprised by your talent! You seem to have a natural sense of proportion - not sure I believe in the term "gifted", because it always underestimates the quantity of sheer hard work involved to reach this standard, but you certainly have something very special. If you could bottle it and send it to me on the Isle of Wight, I'd be perfectly prepared to sell my soul.....

Thanks Val! Angela- Oil Based pencil- ask in the art shop- it is like a charcoal pencil without the messy dust and gives darker accents than a black coloured pencil. Robert-Thanks! You really make me laugh.....the bottle is on its way, but I understand what you mean when the term "gifted" gets abused. I just believe in sheer hardwork-practice, practice, practice-it helps!

This makes number 31! I have used graphite, oil base pencil and charcoal dust with water. The model here is Tiffany, my friends daughter.
