Saw the cat straight away because he seems to be painted in a traditional manner as opposed to your usual knife style. It would have been great to have had to look even harder into obscurity because he was in the same colours and style of the rest of the painting! What fun! Could even be a signature as it were.... hunt the cat!

Thank you Jean for your very kind comments. The cat is actually my late cat whom I painted with great love and affection when he was still alive. I painted him mostly with painting knives. It is quiet interesting, people have some time till they identify the cat... So it's like a puzzle.
