Tree and boat

I love these pictures, they're brilliant and so different. It must take you ages to do in oils.

Thank you very much for your kind feedback Indeed it takes a long time (wks and months) till I finish such a painting, but it's a pleasure to see them when done. Notably the originals are much nicer since it's rather challenging to capture the 3D features.

I have just started from back of your gallery and found this one just wonderful. Boats, particularly fishing boats is a favourite subject of mine. I will not keep commenting on all your paintings as you'd be sick of me gushing over them, however they are truly amazing. And I learn they are done with knives not brushes!
