Beach huts at Wells,Norfolk

I do like lino cuts. I have done some but not in this detail. Lovely strong picture with a lot of great atmosphere.

Excellent work - what a great medium this is.

Could I please be forgiven for asking what is probably a dumb question Mike? When you create the cuts in the lino do you already have a drawing on say greaseproof paper which score through or do you cut straight on the lino board? I havent ever tried lino print but thought what do you do if you make a wrong line somewhere, does that mean starting again? If so what a lot of discipline in making those cuts? I love the clean line effect you get with this medium and the fact that you could try different colour ways etc with the same line cut.( If you dont have time to reply dont worry because you have sparked my interest now anyway, so I wil google and see what I can discover.)
