Trying a new technique with soft pastels, first layer was 4 tones of purple then blended with isopropyl alcohol, a base layer ontop once dried, then set with spray, another layer on that set with spray, before a final light layer ontop. Not that keen on it, but I did learn a lot tonight from this play. So hopefully I can develop on this.
