A friends wedding portrait I was asked to paint, The Photo I was given to copy was quite dark with heavy shadows around the eyes I almost turned it down. This was quite a challenge in water colour and took me 3 attempts to achieve the result I wanted., but I'm happy to say I finally got a painting they were both happy with.
