A Glimpse Of The Cornish Coast by Chris Scott

It may well be The Lizard - not a part of the world I know. I don't know about you, but I find it SO hard to paint the sea; give me a tree to paint any day, I know how they work: but the sea has a mind of its own, and tracking its movement in paint - well I like the approach you've adopted; and live in hope I'll get better at it.

I really like the sense of movement in this Chris.

To be honest Robert it's all a bit of an adventure for me what ever I paint. I paint from instinct and have to accept my share of failures in the process. I have had no formal training but I am learning from how other artists work. Thankyou for your kind comments and knowledge.

It’s lovely. It has the lovely turquoise colours of the sea for the Lizard.
