As a rail enthusiast I really like this one! We are booked to go on the Tanfield Railway in County Durham over the coming Coronation long weekend and looking forward to that steam experience.

Good one Chris. I too remember the steam train age, specificaly our our school holiday trips to South Wales and having to change trains at Crewe. A big, noisy, dirty and scary place to a young child!

I can just remember waiting at the village station waiting for the steam train to Cleethorpes for the day when I was about five-ish. Love steam trains, great painting and memories Chris.
