Rushed or not it is very good. Really like the water on and around the paddle board.

I always think your technique and colours are interesting so this works even though you think it looks rushed.

Your marks are always interesting, varied and painted in your unique style so always capture my attention Chris. Not everything needs to have a lot of time spent on it. It looks a bit chilly out there but he’s a brave, strong looking lad.

You've really captured the moment, Chris. Love your use of interesting marks and patterns against contrasting swathes of stillness in the landscape. It really moves the viewer's eye around the painting.
