I like the marks you use on the building and the greenery. A lovely painting.

How interesting - lovely painting Chris.

That is a really interesting painting, Chris! Love how you have painted the buildings and the van in the foreground offsets the painting so well!!

Really good painting Chris.

Beautifully painted Chris, and an interesting story too.

What a great atmosphere Chris, you have done it justice . I would be really curious and try to find out more about the place.

Lots of character Chris. Love your painting

A beautiful painting

Interesting history for as terrific painting- good buildings and abandoned van.

I like it Chris. I especially like the way you have painted the main old building.

Lovely painting. I know the area well around Berkeley and think you have captured the atmosphere well.

Thank you as always to one and all for taking the time to post all your kind comments. Much appreciated as always. If I can find out the reason for the decline of such a building I will let you know.

Great use of greens - never easy work so well here.

Two of my favourite subjects, old vehicle and buildings and the bonus of a great painting of them .

Brilliant, Chris!

The road was closed. The diversion to Berkley power station seemed a long way round using narrow lanes I had never traveled before. All because my Son in Law Simon had his last skittles match and was hoping to have a drink or two. It was on my return journey home I suddenly saw this derelict building on overgrown land. So I stopped and took a photograph. This was last week. I know nothing about its history. But the ravages of time have taken over. How sad.
