Drawn in my A5 sketch book en plein air, photographed, and then coloured at home. As soon as I put the right hand canal bank in I regretted it As it is distracting.

I have always wanted to sketch or paint, I didn't do art at school or college. Each day I enjoy flipping through the Painters on Line Gallery and wonder at the skills of the artists here - (most seem to have gone to art college). I know I will never compete with them, but enjoy the challenge!
