In January a couple of years ago, armed with my camera, I visited Lyme Regis to capture the light as dawn broke. This is based on the photo I took.

I have always wanted to sketch or paint, I didn't do art at school or college. Each day I enjoy flipping through the Painters on Line Gallery and wonder at the skills of the artists here - (most seem to have gone to art college). I know I will never compete with them, but enjoy the challenge!
