New area for anyone looking for additional constructive criticism of particular paintings and drawings

Suggestions yes I agree with and there have been some good ones about the pen drawing .but criticism .can be taken in the wrong way .maybe one would say ," I would do it this way" .is ok. maybe if a well known artists was to do a day on here .and we could ask him or her for tips . some times when you attend a group .the artist employed is often some young person in their early twenties who thinks they know it all ,,, no offence ladies but usually its a young doll bird painting flowers ,I won't complain if she criticizes me and she has some lovely tips
