A friend is moving house. She hasn’t room for her treasured dresser so she asked me to paint it so that, in a way, she is taking it with her. I agreed ( certainly a challenge) and have made a start. Photos and angles not great because you can’t swing a cat in that room ( not that I’d want to!). Lots more to do, the collection of china is vast…I’ll just pick out a few to pinpoint. Loads more shadows and light to paint in and at the end I’ll subdue lots of the image. I certainly couldn’t trace this one! Not that I’d want to. Almost 80cmx80cm oh, and I might extend that table to the right.
